We want you to feel satisfied with every purchase you make at Jooltara. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand how it works for your orders.
🗓 7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Refunds are not available.
📦 Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with original packaging.

An unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel.

The customer must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:

Damaged products caused by misuse.

Items returned without an unboxing video.

Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

Sale items or gift cards.
🔁 How to Request an Exchange
To start the process, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 88009 10348. Once your request is approved:

You’ll receive the return address and instructions.

You must ship the product back within 3 days of approval.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔄 Exchange Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product within 2–3 working days.
❌ Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us via WhatsApp only.
