Return & Exchange Policy – Jooltara

We want you to feel satisfied with every purchase you make at Jooltara. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand how it works for your orders.


🗓 7-Day Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Refunds are not available.


📦 Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with original packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel.

  • The customer must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Damaged products caused by misuse.

  • Items returned without an unboxing video.

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Sale items or gift cards.


🔁 How to Request an Exchange

To start the process, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 88009 10348. Once your request is approved:

  1. You’ll receive the return address and instructions.

  2. You must ship the product back within 3 days of approval.

  3. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔄 Exchange Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll ship the replacement product within 2–3 working days.


❌ Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting us via WhatsApp only.
